The big summer movie season is upon us, and of course for every huge success story and big box office hit, there are some awful movies that make it to the multiplexes. Last year X-Men Origins: Wolverine and Transformers 2, were both easily the worst of the worst. This year we have a few gems as well.

The Sorcerer's Apprentice

Number 5. The Sorcerer’s Apprentice. Nic Cage. I really can’t think of anything else to say. The movie looks like a complete joke and it has Disney backing it all the way to the bank and will most likely make a ton of money. The special effects are laughable and I don’t know why the dork from Knocked Up is the actual Apprentice.

Hopefully, Cage won’t blow his paycheck on another mansion or pyramid.

The Karate Kid

Number 4. The Karate Kid. I have already spoken about my disdain for this project and I would like to continue. Every person I have spoken to about this are disgusted with the concept and are all saying how they will never see it.

I really hope this flops and Jackie Chan retires and Will Smith and his wife divorce and he disowns his child.

Killers

Number 3. Killers. Ashton Kutcher and the bitch from Knocked Up, in a rehash of Mr. and Mrs. Smith, for people who get confused while counting. It’s bad enough we also have Knight and Day coming out later that month, which looks exactly the same, but now we have this piece of shit too.

Everything about the movie will be awful and I hope the two leads at least die at the end.

Just Wright

Number 2. Just Wright. Who the hell approved a movie with Queen Latifah as a physical therapist and rap star Common as a basketball player? The whole thing looks awful. Common portrays a player on the Nets and he clearly hits rock bottom in his life and career because now he is falling for Queen Latifah. Hopefully, he gets traded to Detroit and gets himself a nice new house in a great neighborhood.

Eclipse

Number 1. Twilight- Eclipse. I can not stand Edward, Jacob and that bad actress as much as the next person. This will be another movie I will be dragged to by my girlfriend and the worst part is… SHE HATES THE MOVIES TOO. I don’t know anyone over the age of reason that likes these pieces of shit. It would be awesome if Edward and Jacob wind up killing each other in the end and Bella ends up in rehab.
