I am sick of certain addictions that people have: poor Tiger and his sex addiction, my addiction to heroin, and anyone that has an addiction to video games.

The video game addiction is truly sickening and the role playing games are where the worst of the worst tend to reside. This is where people take over another personality, via an online device, and pretend to have something or be something that they are not.

You must have met someone that spends hours pretending to be a warlord or a magician on those stupid online games. Well, this story, is just flat out disturbing.

In South Korea, where more people stay on the internet than anywhere else on the planet, a married couple, who met on the internet, decided to have an internet child. I did not know that this idea even existed, but basically it’s like the Sims for a single person. You create them, feed them, nurture them and keep them alive online. The couple in question were so addicted to their internet child that they completely forgot about their REAL child, and the REAL child died of starvation.

"Hey you guys!!" You have a REAL child, assholes!!

I really hope that South Korea puts these losers to death. You only live once and this is what you do with it? I hate anyone that plays video games for way too long but anyone that would take more care of an internet child than their real child has no worth being on our planet.

I don’t care if the kid looks like Sloth from the Goonies- it is your flesh and blood and you need to treat it better than the bytes and bits that is made up on your hard drive.

I think that the only positive of this story is that upon arrest, the couple would not be able to get to a computer, thus killing the online child. Well, I know it’s not on the same level, but the image of these losers crying in their cell about a dead internet child before they get beheaded just makes me smile a bit.
