Evidence that Hilary Duff *might* be a whore.
In Washington DC, New York City, and San Francisco there are new laws being put into action which could place a woman under arrest on suspicion of prostitution if she carries more than 3 condoms on herself. I have a few problems with this law.
Why 3 condoms? How does this make a prostitute? Considering that the small box, or as I like to call it- the “just in case” purchase, carries 3 condoms. So if you buy that small package you must be a prostitute? It is not like you can purchase them individually, and plus, would you even remotely trust an individually purchased condom?
So if Ms. Duff in the picture there happens to have two more condoms in that bag of hers… she could go to jail!
Those that argue in defense of this new law like to bring up the point that “prostitution free zones” are blatantly marked with bright orange posters. I like to argue that where I live I can’t distinguish between my neighbors and prostitutes. Plus, half the people around my apartment can’t read…
Also, last time I checked there are man whores as well. I wonder what number would be an insinuation for a man prostitution? My guess would be 44.
Does this count for the female condom? You know, that super weird looking condom that NO ONE uses. I love that a group of lawmakers sit around a table and discuss what would be an inappropriate number of condoms for a woman to carry… and the answer was 3. I think we have to get down to it and remember that lawmakers don’t wear condoms. They depend on abortion… which is why it will never be illegal.
So now it all makes sense.

Wait…when did wearing condoms become a bad thing? What if you like to play it safe and wear two-three at a time? That doesn’t make you a whore, just a really safe person. Why not just make it illegal for a guy to walk around with money in his pocket when he’s around women? He might just try to rent them for an hour or so. And as far as that female condom video goes…scarred the hell out of me.

@skippkipp, haha for the first time i agree with you, there would be A TON of ppl in jail i tell you what. Hilary, well she might be a whore, but who knows? maybe those are just a innocent pack of Trojin hand wipes. DAMN, so if you wanted to get some rubbers for the week or somethin, and walked out with a WHOLE box of condoms, you’d be screwed.
