Jaycee Dugard, a California girl abducted at age 11 in 1991 by Phillip Garrido has been found alive.  When the cable station, Nick Jr., heard that her kidnapper fathered two children with her and kept all three living in tents in his backyard, Nick Jr. asked if the kids would like to star in the hit children’s show “The Backyardigans.”  Ms. Dugard then sued Nick Jr. for stealing the “Backyardigan” title; citing that whenever Mr. Garrido made her wash his dishes in his kitchen and told her to go back to her tent, she would moan, “Not the backyard again!”
